If you’re reading this and you’re thinking about giving up
please stop and take a deep breath.
Let it in. Let it out.
You are still here and that means your story isn’t over.
I know life gets dark. I know pain can feel like it will never end. I know the thoughts that whisper “what’s the point?” or “no one would miss me anyway.”
I’ve been in those places too. And I want you to hear me when I say this from the deepest part of my soul:
You are not alone.
You are not broken.
You are not a burden.
You are a human being in pain. And pain is a moment—not a life sentence.
This Will Pass Even If It Doesn’t Feel Like It Right Now
Sometimes the weight gets so heavy, it feels like it will crush us. But I promise you: this feeling won’t last forever. What you’re feeling right now is real, but it’s not permanent.
There are better days ahead days filled with laughter, healing, love, and peace.
You may not be able to see them from where you are right now, but they’re coming.
Please, don’t let a temporary storm make you give up on a lifetime of beauty that’s still ahead.
Talk to Someone , You Deserve to Be Heard
You don’t have to fight this alone. You don’t have to hide your pain or pretend you’re okay. There is no shame in struggling. None. Not one bit.
Please talk to someone.
Call a friend.
Reach out to a therapist, a pastor, a crisis line anyone who will listen.
Let someone help you carry the weight until you can breathe again.
And if you feel like you have no one? Reach out to me. I will remind you that your life matters. That the world is better with you in it. That you are not invisible.
Read This Out Loud Right Now:
• This pain is not permanent.
• I am needed. I am wanted. I am loved.
• There is hope for me, even if I don’t feel it right now.
• God, help me hold on until I feel whole again.
• I choose to live. I choose to reach out. I choose to keep going.
Your life is sacred.
You are someone’s miracle. Someone’s reason to smile. Someone’s answered prayer even if you don’t know it yet.
Please stay.
Please reach out.
You matter more than you know.
If you or someone you love is struggling, please call or text 988 the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. You are not alone. There is help. There is hope .
